一．HD-3000型電腦核酸蛋白檢測儀產品簡介：HD-3000型：波長:214、254、280nm。LED數字顯示。樣品池 :80微升，光程3毫米。HD-3000型：可實現電腦繪圖，保存數據分析和計算（電腦另配），量程:0-100%T、0.2A，RS232串行口。
一．HD-3000型概述
核酸蛋白檢測儀、紫外檢測儀是液湘色譜儀中的一種紫外檢測裝置，該儀器配有層析柱、恒流泵、部分收集器等，即組成一套完整的液色湘色譜分離分析系統。它可應用于現代生物學研究，藥物測定、農業科研、化工、食品及醫療單位對具有紫外吸收的樣品作定量分析。HD-3000型主要元器件均采用進口，儀器全部采用LED數字顯示，使用方便。

2.HD-3000型的數字顯示設計為固定光吸收，A 顯示計算機用和可變量程光吸收Ａ顯示記錄儀用兩種可選模式，這樣可方便于規范化讀數，同時亦可根據科研需要進行可變量程的高靈敏度讀數，這樣可方便于對低濃度樣品檢測。
3.HD-3000型采用新型進口IP28 光電倍增管和改進型電路結構，使儀器工作更為穩定可靠。
